We break down the "fluffy" world of culture into 30+ culture-building elements (CBEs)

CBEs include topics like "leadership, roles, values, hiring criteria, diversity and inclusion, team meetings, onboarding, code of conduct, etc. - The more clarity exists about all CBEs and the better the employee experience are designed for each CBE, the better the culture. This actionable & applicable method makes it easy to design company culture. We focus on 4 pillars during the campus:

 

1. Design We explore each of the CBEs, learn how to create them with our frameworks, and design the employee experience in a structured and science-based way.

2. Innovate We learn the science behind creativity in order to create unique company cultures & brands that will separate you from the rest. 

3. Communicate We learn to speak the often invisible language of culture and start to communicate emotionally intelligent but effective. 

4. Fusion We are going to learn how to align and fusion culture & brand, create a coherent brand identity and tell an authentic company story.

Founder & CEO

Eva-Maria is the founder of culturedesign.org and on a mission to make human-centered company culture a standard for all organizations. She graduated from one of the most innovative Business programs in Germany, the Alanus University, is trained in Design Thinking at the HPI d.school in Berlin and a BDVT certified Business Trainer. She has studied and/or worked on four continents in the past 10 years and was immersed in the Berlin tech scene where she co-built a tech company and wrote the culture DNA from scratch.

Karim is an entrepreneur, artist & creative strategy expert with a passion for teaching creativity through science. He loves to solve problems creatively and advise companies on their creative strategies. Networks are his thing. He serves as Head of Creativity of Kairos, a global community for the world's most disruptive young entrepreneurs developing solutions for broken industries. He lived on five continents, built himself a one of a kind network of global experts and innovators and is a Global Shaper, an initiative of the World Economic Forum.
