Hello, I am Eva-Maria, the founder of culturedesign.org and I am on a mission to make human-centered company culture based on trust a global standard for all organizations. I've graduated from Alanus University, I am trained in Design Thinking at the HPI d. school in Berlin and I'm a BDVT certified business trainer. I have lived and/or worked on 4 continents in the past 10 years and was immersed in the Berlin tech scene where I co-built a health tech company and wrote the culture DNA from scratch. I have 18 years of facilitation and teaching experience.

I love to paint, meditate, do yoga, travel the world, and enjoy reading a lot.

Hello, I am Karim, the other founder of culturedesign.org and I am on mission to enable everyone to feel safe enough to unleash their full creative potential. I have lived and/or worked on 5 continents and have 15+ years experience as a founder, investor, business designer, keynote speaker & guest lecturer on topics like "creative resilience through neuroscience" or "innovation through diversity". I am a member of global communities like the World Economic Forum Global Shapers, Sandbox, Sigma Squared Society, etc. Furthermore I am the host of the creativity podcast "What If... ?" on Apple and Spotify.

I love to cook, drink espresso macchiato, paint, create music, and get lost in Tokyo.

WHY WE NEED BELONG?

Doing something different, standing up for people over profit, and actually care about each other in this world, is often a daring adventure. Over the past years we often witnessed that doing the “human” work  is often a lonely place to be. Too often, we have seen people in culture/people roles crumble and burn out under inhumane conditions because the burden to care for a team and not feel understood was just too heavy. 

 

To stand up and say ”in order to be successful we need to invest our energy in people first” is thankfully becoming a more and more common practice. We see big movements in the business world and growing awareness of the importance of investing resources in continuous culture work. 

With the belong community we aim to connect people working in People/Culture positions with each other and help and support each other with their day-to-day challenges, celebrate successes, and share best practices. We have seen that a lot of magic and impact happens when we open space and bring people with shared visions together. Because if you share your challenges and successes, you can only win.

The belong community is for you if you...

 

  • if you understand good company culture being the foundation for excellent work and are actively working and have KPIs and goals focused on culture

  • are working in roles/positions such as People/Culture Lead, HR, Chief of Staff, CEO, COO, Team leads, Agile Coaches, Belonging Manager, DE/I Team leads

The community is not for you if 

  • you don’t work on the topic of culture. 

  • you only want to sell yourself as a freelance consultant.

Membership costs

 

Plan 1: 99$ / month (paid on a yearly basis / more than 2 months free in comparison to plan 2) or

Plan 2: 119$ / month (paid on a monthly basis)

Our invited beta members can join 'belong' for the first 3 months for free.
